In 2020, my husband and I stepped in to manage the family business my parents had created more than 30 years ago. 8 weeks later, the world shut down due to a global pandemic and we learned how to tackle our first major obstacle. That year brought much needed change implementing EOS and creating a new leadership team. We have helped major manufacturers reduce cost per hole as much as 98% and create solutions that are nearly free at the end of tool life. Our team has the ability to reverse engineer tooling packages from a part print and also combine multiple tools into one. A recent tooling package we reversed engineered from a part print, we took them from 23 tools to 8, reducing tools needed by 2/3rds. We are a passionate team that is not focused on the sale of a cutting tool, but instead an engineering team that makes cutting tools for solving a problem for people in manufacturing. We want to build connections with the end user so we can learn and support them the best way, not just pushing tools out the door concerned about up front cost but truly finding solutions to reduce long term cost per hole and supporting that tool thru its life and longevity thru servicing {regrind and retip}. We are grateful everyday for Dr. Ben Carson for saving them and asking us to share our story. Thankfully, they are doing extremely well now! My daughter is a World Champion Equestrian and joined the family business and has been a godsend of support! Our son works there part time as well and loves bowling and skiing.
