Collaborative ENT practice with four locations, four physicians, one PA, and five audiologists. Provides services for an average of 60 patients per week. Completes comprehensive audiologic evaluations of pediatric and adult populations, as well as basic adult vestibular evaluations. Additionally, completes hearing aid selections, fittings, checks, fine-tuning adjustments, and verification of hearing aid fittings with real ear measurements. Administrative duties include charting and documentation, scheduling all hearing aid related appointments, ordering hearing aids, tracking invoices and payments, troubleshooting equipment failures, and set-up of yearly calibration and new equipment.

Also performed electrophysiologic, vestibular, and cochlear implant evaluations, as well as ototoxic monitoring. Designed, implemented, and presented a clinical based research project, “Speech-in-Noise Outcomes In Head and Neck Cancer Patients Receiving Ototoxic Treatment.” 2. Tasked as HFHS’s Lead Coordinator for the state’s Infant Hearing Screening Program in collaboration with EHDI. Maintained tracking database and coordinated follow-up communication with all patients who “did not pass” or had risk factors for developing hearing loss who were born within HFHS.
