Project Coordinator
Current• Maintenance, administrating and developing Transport Managing System (TMS) of all, four Polish branches,• Maintenance and monitoring running EDI interfaces,• Implementing EDI connections (IFSTA, IFSCUM files exchange analysis) with Mainfreight's biggest customers,• Inbound/outbound data exchange within TMS (data structure schemas),• Administrating, modifying excising cost and revenue tarrffs,• Analyzing, proceeding and solving issues reported by users within TMS,• Reporting issues to TMS vendor and supervising solving those issues,• Managing TMS development projects on the side of the Customer,• Defining business requirements, testing andaccepting implemented solutions,• Managing implementation projects,• Serving a first contact role between central EU IT department and four Polish Mainfreight branches in matters of development projects, technical issues and users accounts administration,• On-boarding new employees in TMS scope,• Power BI dashboards for Sales, Forwarding and Management Department,• Analysis of current and further logistic solutions.
