Comprehensive study on communication activities in relation to EU co-financed projects in PolandThe task, which was entrusted to me 4 years ago by the European Commission Directorate General for Regional and Urban Policy Poland, consisted in a comprehensive analysis of the system of communication and promotion of European Funds in Poland. The scope of work covered also analysis of legal issues related to the widely understood area of communication, arrangements contained in the Partnership Agreement, as well as those included in regulations, directives, recommendations and executive acts. The main objective of my activities was to develop a set of recommendations and guidelines possible to implement in the complex institutional system of implementation of European Funds in Poland - at all levels starting with the Coordinating Authority of the Partnership Agreement, through Managing Authorities at the national and regional level, and ending with Implementing Authorities and Beneficiaries.I also worked with the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy developing guidelines for the horizontal communication strategy of the cohesion policy in Poland, as well as the communication strategy for all national programs and InterReg Europa 2021-2027 programs.
