I am an advocate at Gide Warsaw and a member of the Litigation & Arbitration and Intellectual Property Law Departments.He advise and represent high profile clients in disputes before common courts, arbitration tribunals and administrative bodies. I have acted on behalf of clients in a large number of disputes concerning the largest Polish infrastructure investments, including those with cross-border elements. I have successfully represented investors in various proceedings initiated by construction subcontractors. I have also provided advice on new media law, including press law and the law on the protection of personal property. I represent Polish and foreign entities before the Advertising Council.I have represented clients in arbitration proceedings conducted in accordance with ICC, UNCITRAL and Polish Chamber of Commerce rules. I also assist clients in issues concerning telecommunications law and unfair competition law.I graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and also studied at the University of Stockholm.
