At Shopware, I am in charge of making sure that the Shopware platform is visible in the Polish eCommerce community & that we have an active partner network. My responsibilities include marketing, sales, networking & consulting.

Full ownership of the sales process - from lead acquisition to deal closing including team management, strategy building & collaboration with external parties.

Management & leadership for a team of 6-8 Project Managers. Sharing best practices, defining goals & measuring results. I was also the escalation point for the Clients & was responsible for conflict resolution.

*Day to day project management for key Clients - including running daily meetings & weekly sprints, timeline monitoring, risk assessment. Understanding/documenting business requirements and translating them for the technical team. Testing the delivered tasks.*Responsible for international Clients in Greece/US/Sweden/Germany/UK/Turkey*Project management for an international B2B FMCG company*Sales - responsible for the whole funnel - from the first email, through meetings, estimates, negotiations & agreement preparation. *An important part of my role is consulting for the Clients regarding UX changes, good practices and solutions*Representing the company at eCommerce summits/conferences (including giving lectures on eCommerce)*Analysing Google Analytics & preparing KPI’s - my biggest success was raising the average conversion rate from 1.6% to 3.5% through implementation of changes each month (throughout 1.5 years)

*Project/Account Manager for key Clients (including 2 international B2C online stores)*Manager for a team of 5+ people (webdevelopers, graphic designers and content managers)*New business development - contact with new Clients, presenting the company, preparing estimates*Project Management of website development tasks (service/maintenance) as well as Landing Pages and SEO/SEM tasks. *In charge of preparing, sending & analyzing results for email campaigns to more than 180 000 subscribers

*Management of a one-year project regarding the creation of 30+ animated videos promoting the IiŚ and IG Programmes*Organizing events such as conferences and training sessions*Maintenance and content development of the www.opi.org.pl website
