I am a passionate and dedicated Coordinator at City of South Salt Lake, where I manage and implement high-quality academic and enrichment programs for PSSL youth. I am also a current Social Work student at University of Utah, pursuing my Bachelor's degree with the goal of becoming a licensed clinical social worker. My core competencies include grant budgeting, customer relationship management, and social media marketing. In my current role, I have successfully spearheaded planning and execution of innovative programs, managed budgetary matters, and provided supervision and guidance to staff, volunteers, and partners. I have also contributed to a 20% increase in student engagement and academic performance, a 15% reduction in spending, and a 25% improvement in team collaboration and effectiveness. I have previously worked as a regional account manager at Petzl America, where I revitalized two multibillion-dollar customer relationships, authored comprehensive training manuals, and managed day-to-day client communications and project oversight. I have also created and implemented an art program at Telos, with the specific goal of building students' art portfolios for college. I am motivated by the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others, especially children and adolescents, and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team as a first-generation college student and someone who has overcome her fair share of obstacles.
