Kacy is responsible for the execution and completion of one or more client engagements. This includes day to day operations of the engagement(s) and overall responsibility to see each engagement through to completion. Kacy works on multiple engagements concurrently. In this role Kacy typically works closely with the Senior Manager/Manager on engagement management. Kacy provides input into engagement decisions including work plan and timeline, budget management, resource allocation and career development of Associates. He builds an environment that fosters teamwork. Kacy also reviews the work product of Associates and provides direction and training as necessary.

Audit associate in KPMG’s Financial Services –Alternative Investments, Private Equity, Health Care, Insurance and Consumer Products-Manufacturing practice. I provide professional audit services to several large public and private companies in accordance with PCAOB requirements and U.S. GAAP. My audit experience ranges from SEC filings, statutory audits, and financial statement reviews. I have a working understanding of SEC rules and regulations. (working) I perform procedures to assess the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls in accordance with Sarbanes Oxley for SEC registrants, including performing walkthroughs of processes, testing the design and implementation as well as effectiveness of internal controls, and evaluating and remediating any deficiencies in internal controls.
