- Conducted comprehensive document analysis, encompassing contracts, invoices, purchase orders, proof of payment, payroll policies, and relevant State and Federal regulations and contracts, to prepare reimbursement.
- Prepare Request for Information (RFI) documents and provided guidance on project issues, as well as identified and addressed missing or incomplete documentation and programmatic issues.
- Facilitate timely processing of reimbursement requests for public assistance by effectively communicating with Texas Department of Emergency Management liaisons.
- Managed the Standard Operations Procedures (SOP) Team, supervising the creation of SOPs for diverse cost types, conducting training sessions for over 100 team members, and upholding training standards to earn.
- Supervised The Horne Update Team, responsible for producing weekly training videos covering essential systems such as GMS, Grants Portal, FEMA EMMIE portal, Canopy, Pipeline, and others utilized daily by analysts.
