My key clients included franchise owners like McDonald's, Burger King, Kentucky Fried Chicken, and Dairy Queen. I also worked with almost every roadside espresso stand, Mini Mart, and bar in the area to help my customers increase sales with superior equipment, or simply ensure they were operating up to code. Many of my customers reached out to me or my company for the equipment, however that's not to say I didn't do a great deal of sales. My primary role at Nicewonger Co. was customer follow up and care. Every machine I sold needed to be serviced, and every employee using the equipment had to be properly trained to use the equipment. Typically the company would send a service technician to install and service the products, but because I worked my way from a technician to the sales department the job usually fell on me. All of the other salesman hated this part of the job, but I loved it. This allowed me to continue my relationship with the customers long after the initial sale, and often resulted in new sales.
