Working as a team leader for a team of in typical warehouse/stockroom settingInventory control and cycle counting:Maintain and organize warehouse as per ISO quality management system and safety procedures Based on the production schedule, align pre-kitting the orders to achieve scheduled kit dates Work on periodic (daily, Monthly, quarterly and yearly) company-wide inventory cycle count and reporting, by closing all the open transactions in the ERP system. Count the inventory in the stockroom, Customer consign, Work In Process (WIP), MRB (RTV) and FGIWorking cross-functionally achieved inventory cycle counting accuracy of 99% during 6 quartersReport slow moving, End of life (EOL), out of warranty, non-repairable, non-replaceable inventory to the manager. Maintain a pool of evaluation units up to date and is ready to ship stage all the time carry out material transfers in ERP system from internal warehouses/bins Reports: Inventory accuracy report, customer consigned inventory accuracy reportMRB (RTV) and RMA:Work with vendor RMA teams to get an advanced replacement on failed units, get approval on repair charges if the failed unit is qualified for repairs only and manage scrap materialKeep track of failed material with vendors, get daily updates on ETAs on repairs and advance replacements Work with customer support /RMA teams and provide material leadership in serving after sales support in the best possible way Reports: Daily MRB report, Daily material replenishment report for RMA, advanced replacements Material receiving: Physically receiving material and completing receiving in the ERP system with 100% accuracyThe report, resolve and escalate discrepancy in the material physically received compared to packing slip as per company’s quality management system standards and procedures Carry out 100% and sample incoming inspection, part # checking, quality and quantity of packagesReports- daily receiving report, material discrepancy tracker
