Facilitated over 200 workshops for developing soft skills for new hires, individual contributors (ICs) and first-time managers. Led several new hire orientation sessions, customized to share company specific information and processes. Designed training programs from scratch involving, needs assessments, defining learning goals/measures, working with SMEs to create content, designing relevant activities to experientially build understanding and skill. Worked with top MNCs like Nvidia, EMC, Analog Devices, First Source, Broadcom, Thomson Reuters, General Motors, Siemens, Tyco Electronics, Texas Instruments and Shell. Lead skill assessments interventions and recommended improvements to participants on various business skills. Coached managers and individual contributors to support leadership development.

Co-Designed ‘Citizenship Program’, an experiential training program that builds attitudes and skills necessary for active participation in Indian democracy in Indian citizens. This program has trained over 4000 Indians to date. Facilitated this program across multiple groups in India. Was a member of the NGOs trust board from 2012-2014. I actively influenced the strategic direction and co-formulated & reviewed annual goals along with other trustees during this period.

I was the leadership coach for managers and the managing director Facilitated vision and strategy discussions. Assessed technical and non-technical learning needs and delivered non-technical training programs.

Was the Learning Partner for a leadership development program. Designed and delivered workshops to build leadership skills amongst Indian youth. This program has supported the growth of over 100 college students over two years.Served on the trust board of this non-profit between 2008-2011.
