I played a major role in 4 startups, started 3 of my own businesses not related to software, and acted as the General Contractor building my home. I am an expert at setting up and fixing agile processes and translating ideas into executable development tasks in line with a company's vision and strategy.Some of my accomplishments include, but are not limited to:Executing a 10-month project in 4 months utilizing Agile project management strategies vs. Waterfall methods.Leading a contracted project for NASA’s media server technology and brokering 65 teams to successfully execute this solution, resulting in over 5 million views with zero downtime and no crashes.Overseeing an activation for the Dallas Mavericks and working with their IT team to place their product on the arena’s jumbotron, allowing end-users to play a game on their phone for prizes.Delivering over 12 applications (MVP) to market, both on time and within the budget; and developing estimations of product backlog items and SCRUM rituals.
