My name is Kade Perry, and what I do for Provalus, is that I am a IT Response Management specialist. Any issue that comes from Service Desk is brought to my attention. I evaluate the outage and how many users are impacted from what they have provided me, and I make the decision of what support teams needs to be engaged to help resolve an issue. I have had this experience for almost over 3 years now, and I am still growing with knowledge on what I can learn from IT and Networking. I have been involved in many meetings regarding to amazing fixes made by engineers. What I do during these meetings is that I take notes from what these engineers do to help fix these issues with the projects and clients. I try to learn from these engineers the best way that I can so that I can one day help fix very complex networking issues. I am currently on my way of getting the AWS Cloud Practitioner so that I can also learn about cloud computing and its benefactors. I am recently now learning about CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Security+ so that I can further develop my knowledge with IT. I want to better learn IT so that I can help with projects and other leaders with these issues with networking before their client ever even knows. It's always best to fix something rather than the client even knowing about it, it's like you’re playing as a superhero behind the scenes just like Batman! I want to help people that ever has an IT issue so that I can help resolve all of the complex IT problems that users have. I have not yet had experience troubleshooting network, application, or software issues, but would love to have more experience in that field. I am currently looking for any entry level remote jobs to help me better learn on my own and as an upcoming engineer.
