I have been in the National Guard for over 5 years. In that time I have been promoted to Sergeant while being on a deployment to assist in border patrol. I was put in charge of a squad and was to ensure they met and exceeded the standard. I have also had experience in sales and recruiting.I worked as a recruiters assistant but since they were low on recruiters I was given all my own schools to set up meeting’s, assembly’s, and workout with schools in hopes of getting kids interested to join.I also sold life insurance for Bankers Life where I learned how to make my own schedule, cold call, and keep in contact with my clients to better service their existing policies.When it comes to my skills I would have to say I’m very confident in meeting new people, and speaking to groups. I also love to lead and help people who are looking for it, whether that be with their fitness goals or just getting them to really buy in to something.
