Having over 15 years working experience, my career development mainly focused on the contracting, project management and coordination in Building Services field which was involved a variety of E&M services for shopping mall, Towers, Residential and Commercial developments. The key responsibilities and scopes of work in my career path are listed as below:- Preparation of ISD (individual trade shop drawing), coordination of CSD (combined services drawing) and CBWD (combined builder's work drawing).- Review and subletting of sub-contract in various trades of Building Services Installation.- Review of drawing / design with architect, consultants, trade contractors and suppliers to modify design in earlier stage for better site coordination and installation.- Material and equipment selection and submission to comply with the specification and project requirement. - Technical submission of method statement / calculation and installation details. - Supervision and Implementation of E&M System installation and Testing and Commissioning. - Site progress management of building services installations in line with the contract and statutory requirement.- Liaison and Coordination with authorized government departments for Statutory submission and inspection such as EMSD, WSD, FSD and BD inspection - Project and contract management, liaison with in house and sub-contractors for the E&M installation site progress and quality assurance.- Preparation of the project estimation cost, contingency cost, and to initial the interim payments and budget control.
