During this internship I assisted in maintaining and repairing the companies fleet of H/EV vehicles which includes many Toyotas, a few Honda Insights and Civics, A Chevy Volt, and a Nissan Leaf among others. I was provided as both an intern and student the opportunity to participate in Up Your Voltage!, an intensive Hybrid and EV training course. I graduated from Up Your Voltage! 42 in October.

As a Help Desk Representative I was able to assist walk-in, call-in and emailing clients with college information systems including email, school accounts, and help with the college website. The job includes work with the database and IT Help-desk ticketing Software SysAid, was well as Microsoft Office and Outlook 365.

My success in this program can be attributed not to any patience for book work, but to my motivation as a tech and the ample hands-on work time. I have a huge amount of pride in my progress gained while in this program. I am very grateful to my instructors at CCP and couldn't recommend this degree program more.
