Talent Acquisition Specialist
CurrentResponsibilities include (in addition to those below):• Engage in full life cycle recruitment, ensuring both candidates and hiring team receives excellent customer service• Build the Talent Acquisition brand through personal interactions and networking• Maintain strong relationships with all candidates to keep them informed throughout the process • Develop a pipeline of active and passive talent by networking with professional contacts and industry leaders; establish and maintain ongoing communication with talent and referral resources• Manage the agency relationships for positions out to search by consulting with vendors and hiring managers ensuring that right talent is being submitted and that candidates are engaged• Demonstrate a high-level knowledge of using the following to source both passive and active talent: recruitment boards such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume Search, HireEZ AI tools, talent communities, and other platforms • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to develop strategy for current and anticipated needs• Maintain applicant records within applicant tracking system (iCIMS) and prepare statistical reports on recruitment projects• Function as a SME on all areas of the recruitment process, including a thorough understanding of changes in the marketplace and employment law
