Talent Acquisition Specialist
Current- Responsibilities include (in addition to those below):
- Engage in full life cycle recruitment, ensuring both candidates and hiring team receives excellent customer service
- Build the Talent Acquisition brand through personal interactions and networking
- Maintain strong relationships with all candidates to keep them informed throughout the process
- Develop a pipeline of active and passive talent by networking with professional contacts and industry leaders; establish and maintain ongoing communication with talent and referral resources
- Manage the agency relationships for positions out to search by consulting with vendors and hiring managers ensuring that right talent is being submitted and that candidates are engaged
