Continuing all client relations I had under OnCourse Learning, now with Relias, through 11/2018 acquisition.

• Responsible for the client satisfaction, retention and utilization of Online Educational platforms
• Responsible to renewal contracts for assigned accounts (nationally)
• Introduce and provide Implementation Training for new clients
• Create, maintain and distribute Marketing Materials & Welcome Packages for groups: announcement flyers and instructions (new and existing clients)

Tampa/St. Petersburg, Florida Area

• Facilitate/Build new group accounts
• Train and Instruct Group Administrators about the system and Administrative abilities
• Maintain and Distribute Welcome Packages for groups: announcement flyers and instructions.
• Assist customers to register and utilize the Pearls Review Online Nursing Education Center
• Responsible for tracking day-to-day expenses, accounts receivable and payable, deposits, online transactions, and taxes (Fed., ST, UC, 1099’s)
• Compile various reports for Group Administrators, Executives and CPA.

• Communicate with coordinators of the web site regarding client needs and resolve technical problems.
• Compile various reports and databases from the Internet and directory research for CEO, Marketing Department, and Sales Representatives.
• Support staff for Executive Assistant with various office needs: reservations, staff updates, manuals, and account payables.
• Maintain office needs when the Executive Assistant is not available or not in the office.
• Contact and facilitate the needs of new trial users (clients) through telephone and email
• Coordinate needs for conferences / trade shows: registration, travel arrangements, shipping, marketing materials, and communications.

• Supported and maintained several directors’ calendars and day-to-day events.
• Recorded and maintained JCAHO required minutes for department and medical staff meetings.
• Communicated with Hospital Organization Executives regarding meetings with directors and staff members.
• Maintained and supported Social Service needs, Structure Standards and department manuals.
• Coordinated JCAHO Mock Survey
• Updated job descriptions and evaluations, annually or as needed.
