I am Kadeitra aka Refined Wisdom. My background is in Mental Health & Substance Abuse Counseling. I have worked over 10 years in the mental health field along with being a crisis therapist to help those in traumatic events. I became a Reiki Master and Teacher November 2019 to elevate spiritually. I will be a RYT 200 Yoga Instructor, Certified Guided Meditation Instructor and Certified Life Coach July 2020. Healing is a lifestyle. Doing Yoga, meditating, doing self-Reiki is a continuous process that I not only do for others but on myself. I am a certified life survivor. These modalities have helped me heal and become authentically me. Allow me to help you do the same.
