Here's a detailed breakdown of my responsibilities:(1) Observation: (a) conduct observations on various relevant aspects such as learning dynamics, teacher-student interactions, and classroom environments in classes XI MIPA 1 to XI MIPA 4; (b) record and analyze data from observations to gain a better understanding of the school's conditions.(2) Interviews: (a) conduct interviews with teachers and students from classes XI MIPA 1 to XI MIPA 4 to gain insights and perspectives related to your research topic; (b) design relevant and structured questions to obtain necessary information for the research.(3) Teaching: (a) teach students from classes XI MIPA 1 to XI MIPA 4 according to your lesson plans, which may be related to your research topic; (b) plan and implement learning activities that support your research goals and facilitate understanding of relevant concepts for students; (c) analyze students' responses and reactions to the delivered instruction to aid your research.(4) Data Analysis: (a) collect data from observations, interviews, and teaching experiences; (b) analyze the data using appropriate methods or techniques to answer your research questions; (c) Interpret the analysis results carefully to draw valid and relevant conclusions.(5) Thesis Writing: (a) use the findings from observations, interviews, and data analysis as the basis for writing your thesis; (b) compile a clear, systematic, and scholarly research report according to the format specified by your educational institution.

My detailed responsibilities include:(1) Assisting in Laboratory Design: Participating in designing the laboratory layout adhering to safety standards and standard operating procedures (SOP) and planning the arrangement of laboratory equipment and safety apparatus appropriately.(2) Chemical Material Sorting: determining usable and unusable chemical materials for experiments or demonstrations and managing chemical inventory by ensuring safe storage and compliance with safety regulations.(3) Creating Laboratory Equipment and Material Reports: documenting and reporting the condition, maintenance, and replacement needs of laboratory equipment and compiling reports on chemical material stock, including quantity, quality, and usage.(4) Providing Technical Support: assisting teachers and students with technical support in using laboratory equipment and conducting experiments, and managing chemical waste handling safely following applicable environmental guidelines.(5) Maintenance and Care: maintaining and cleaning laboratory equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance and monitoring inventory and placing orders for necessary equipment or materials.
