Kadem started his career in battery industry back in 2005 as a founding member of Birikim Batteries. Over the 17 years, he led the business development, sales and export teams and under his supervision the company kept growing double digit year over year. Kadem has built partnerships with multiple global brands like Varta (Microbattery), Saft, Panasonic, LG, Murata, and FDK and in 2019 brought the ‘Outstanding Promotion’ award from Panasonic for industrial batteries segment. In addition to building this large partner network, Kadem started e-commerce operations under Pilburada.com back in 2009 and in 2018, he launched a regional battery brand, Power-Xtra which quickly become one of the best-selling brands in the market. Kadem is a member of the Turkish Battery Association and the Turkish Battery Importers and Producers Association.
