I am a compassionate and driven leader with a life-long dream to learn. I am committed to making a difference in the world, and the best way to do that is to help others reach their full potential.I have been a leader all my life, from sports to group projects; I am at the forefront, pushing the team to do their best while I lead through passion and commitment. I love the challenge of using my critical thinking skills to help someone on my team find their driver and grow from the challenge. I subscribe to the idea shared in Extreme Ownership by Jocko Wilkins: “There is no such thing as a bad team, only a bad leader.” I am a life-long learner, always looking for new ways to improve my skills and knowledge. From conversations with peers, learning in a classroom, or listening to older people's stories, I am always on the hunt to further my education. I am also a firm believer in giving back to the community. I have been blessed to do a lot of volunteer work, but I love more than anything being someone my community can rely on for emotional or physical help.I am excited to connect with other professionals on LinkedIn who share my values and commitment to making a difference.
