As a valuable stepping stone in furthering my career in the vast world of IT, I worked with 1901 Group to resolve End User issues. As long as I operated within company goals, I heavily focused on "how and why did it happen?" rather than only "what will correct it?" . I had pride in the level of service I provided while assisting my team. I encouraged coworkers to bring me those "impossible" issues, so that we could tackle them together and solve them. I was a "go-to" when on-boarding new IT staff, and diligently worked to be a golden standard wherever and whenever possible.

I found simple solutions to perplexing problems. I utilized various tools, systems, protocols, and general knowledge to fix broken computers or malfunctioning programs. Sometimes it was as easy as an Active Directory alteration, and other times it was compound issue of cached credentials, file corruption, and lack of connectivity. There was a healthy use of Active Directories, Powershell, Microsoft O365 Products, AWS Phone Systems, and various third party software. Maintaining pristine professionalism through even the most frustrated callers, I had a high resolution rate, and if I couldn't fix the problem I made sure to get them to the proper team who can. The world of IT is vast, and I'm taking notes every step of the way.

Acknowledgement, Sympathy, and Guidance. These three pillars allowed me to turn simple phone calls into lasting experiences for customers during my time at Citi. I had the pleasure of working with a proud, motivated team of 400+ Customer Service Representatives. I was soon promoted to a Client Advocacy Specialist, where I met some of the most eager, knowledgeable coworkers I've ever worked with. Within this smaller team of 60+ I learned the true meaning of Teamwork. The job itself seems easy enough on paper; take calls, stay in Handle Time goal, and document your work. This job turned into so much more as I learned the importance of work-life balance, acquired invaluable time management skills, honed my talents in thorough documentation, and learned a lot about finance through important legal trainings. I took pride in my job, and this translated directly to the customer's experience.

Client engagement. That was the single most important part of working at Money 4 You. Marketing on the weekends, striking up conversations with clients, and meeting new people made the job memorable. I worked alongside a small team of 5 in Idaho, but our larger Corporate Offices were in Utah. I held great responsibility for my store location's success. My job roles included: coordinating with the Department of Finance to meet legal requirements, marketing in a large local area, auditing documents daily/weekly/monthly, and maintaining clientele. This stepping stone taught me how to be a strong leader and the impact you can have on someone's life by just listening.

I worked with a diverse team of over 30 aspiring individuals to provide excellent customer service to hundreds of customers per day. My job function varied daily, but included cart-pushing, cashiering, stocking, inventory management, deli assistance, cleaning, and creating exquisite coffee-based beverages. I strived to be a "yes man" and jumped at every opportunity for career and character development, and felt I had accomplished that goal often. I took care in the tiniest of jobs, and left every customer with a smile on their face.
