At Design Imaging I have the opportunity to implement my skills not only as a Software Engineer, but also in other roles such as data analytics, cybersecurity and IT Management.In my role in Software Engineering, I've had the opportunity to design various innovative tools that significantly improved Design Imaging's data pipeline and manufacturing operations. This involved developing an EDI integration pipeline to efficiently manage retail orders and implementing error-prevention controls in our order lifecycle. Additionally, I spearheaded projects focused on data collection and defect tracking, leading to waste reduction and cost savings in shipping processes.I also have the opportunity to manage a team of four software developers in design, development, and deployment of software enhancements. Additionally, I provided monthly trainings on core cooperative development principles.On top of managing the software team, I managed the IT team in implementation and maintenance of IT assets.Moreover, I manage our IT infrastructure, managing server operations and facilitating asset deployment. Additionally, I've implemented robust cybersecurity protocols to safeguard against data loss and breaches.

As an Enterprise Software Support Engineer, I provided real-time troubleshooting for customer product issues, trained customers on how to use product and resolve issues, solved issues by changing frontend/backend configuration in their environment.In addition to live customer support, I regularly created and ran scripts on customer databases and managed server configurations.

At Ocore/Indevity, I filled a core development role that included developed critical functionalities of the application, responded to critical errors, and reviewed code.My developmental responsibilities involved creating the dashboard and reporting functionalities in JavaScript/Meteor and implementing data visualization for customizable fields.

As project manager at BYU Office of Information Technology, I managed client relations and customized project deliverables and timelines to maintain product quality as per client requirements. I also configured and prepared AV devices for in-classroom use and provided troubleshooting for new software.Key Achievements:- Deployed new AV systems campus wide in order to host online classes- Optimized financial tracking/documentation procedures- Enhanced internal close-out report processes- Deployed new interfaces to hundreds of devices across campus- Configured 500+ new systems in a two-week span

As an Application Developer, I learned and applied principles of SAP and ABAP development by developing data tracking functionalities for BNSF's Mechanical Asset Management (MAM) system. This feature managed the tracking, replacing, inspecting and servicing of all mechanical parts of a locomotive according to safety standards and part lifespans.

As Special Projects Clerk at Domina Law, I organized and prepared important legal documents for trial, produced procedure manuals, and provided IT support for the entire firm.Key achievement:- Researched, developed, and implemented new document protection procedures that protected the firm against major breaches in thousands of client documents.- Optimized firm archives organization
