Responsible for managing warehouse processes such as inbound, inventory management, andoutbound operations. Manage effectively the day-to-day operation of the warehouse and team through theoperational team and HUB managers. Leading first/middle/last mile deliveries of all routes in the city. Headcount and Infrastructure planning - MentoringDelivery Hub Managers. Liaising with multiple teams, such as Finance& Customer Service, and HO for smoothoperations. Manage daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control,space management, liquidation, return process, bad stock movement, billing, and dispatch. Working as a part of project teams to plan and implement new initiatives at Delivery Hubs. Manage performance across multiple carriers to drive on-time delivery to last mile stations. Handled a team size of 50+ members. Manage, motivate, hire& train and continually develop the warehouse team. Manage the returns to the warehouse and ensure items are dealt with promptly and returnedto mother HUB. Maintain regular communication with first and last mile managers to update them on any supplychallenges. Being obsessed by metrics and diving deep to find root causes quickly, to driveimprovements. Responsible for all the SLA's & TAT that is maintained. Analyze delivery executive - metrics and provide operational support to improve efficiency Responsible for investigating stock inward & outward, including quantity, quality, anddamages, and reporting the information to relevant managers at the mother HUB team. Support the development of the operational Team and Delivery Team via coaching andmentoring. drivers/quality Culture throughout the team. Follow up with stock controllers to ensure that stock movements and stock keepingstandards are maintained in line with company guidelines. Manage vendor relationships with all local vendors to ensure smooth supply.
