I achieved this by reviewing all processes and controls as well as staff education and training on processes to bring this to satisfactory audit findings.During my stint, IBM worldwide launched a program to outsource Training and Education to the private sector. This program was a hugely complex undertaking, and I managed to migrate the South Africa IBM Education business into the private sector successfully with my contributions to the broader team on implementation solutions as well as leading amicable negotiations with the local business partner community that I worked with for some years and who were now impacted by this transition.
