The first point of contact between guests and the resort, with a goal to make every guest feel welcomed and valued. Responsibilities include scheduling activities and services, creating itineraries, coordinating travel, as well as guest recovery and problem-solving. This role requires one to work well within a team, while also taking the initiative and being able to work alone. Most importantly, this position is about engaging with all personalities and creating a connection with every guest.

Lead adventures for youth at the Brinton Environmental Center. Activities included taking groups of 8-9 people camping, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, sailing, snorkeling and on day trips to state parks and local attractions. The objective was to educate youth about activities, survival skills, and local ecosystems.

Local Wine Bar with gourmet cheese selections available for take-out or dine-in service. Assisted with wine selections, pairing options, preparing food, handling register, table service and assisting with events.
