Supervisor of 5 food and nutrition specialists at 5 sites across US Prepare meals in center according to USDA guidelines and train 5 support specialists on same guidelines Prepare monthly menus and write new recipes as needed; Nutrient analysis on menu items Complete necessary food and supply orders for all sites Insure compliance with USDA food program.

Perform procedures according to physician order/nursing delegation (vital signs, sample collection, intake/output) and record on patient chart using electronic medical record software. Assist patients with activities of daily living and perform patient personal cares and comforts
