Responsible for providing nutrition risk assessment, breastfeeding support, assignment of food packages and nutrition education for the Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC) participants

Assisting in nutritional research studies by conducting telephonic 24 hour dietary recalls with study participants and entering intake into Nutrition Database System for Research (NDSR) software.
