In 2016, I graduated from the Department of Aircraft Electrical and Electronics at Kocaeli University's School of Civil Aviation. My academic journey continued as I completed a master's degree in 2018 at Anadolu University, Institute of Science, Department of Air Traffic Control. My thesis explored the relationships between operations and organization in 21st-century aviation incidents. That same year, I embarked on my PhD in Air Traffic Control at Eskişehir Technical University's Graduate School.The year 2020 was particularly eventful. I was honored with the Master's Thesis Award from Eskişehir Technical University and published my first SSCI article, followed by another significant piece on aircraft sequencing schedule optimization. Additionally, I contributed to the ATCOSIMA project, an EU Erasmus+ initiative, which we completed in the last quarter of the year.In 2021, I received the Article Performance Award for my previous year's work. March 2022 marked the completion of my PhD in Air Traffic Control. Throughout my educational journey, I have been actively involved in numerous BAP and TÜBİTAK projects, making substantial contributions to the academic community.My publication record, including many works indexed in SSCI/SCI, continued to grow in both 2022 and 2023. Currently, in addition to my role as the Head of the Aircraft Maintenance and Repair Department at Samsun University's Faculty of Aeronautics and Astronautics, I am delving into the field of machine learning. I am actively learning and producing projects in this area, applying my skills in optimization and air traffic management to explore new frontiers in technology and research.Expertise and Experience:6 years of experience as a Pseudo Pilot in air traffic control training, providing realistic training scenarios to future air traffic controllers.Instructor and key contributor to the project "Enhancing the Service Capacity of Samsun Aircraft Maintenance and Repair and Creating Collaborations with the Private Sector."Active Training Coordinator at Samsun Technical Aircraft Maintenance and Repair Center.Head of the Aircraft Maintenance Department at Samsun University's Faculty of Aeronautics and Astronautics.Software Proficiency:I have expertise in GAMS, Python (with a focus on Pyomo for optimization), SIMMOD, and SPSS, and I am currently expanding my skill set to include machine-learning technologies
