- Monitoring and evaluating corrective and preventive actions, participating in root cause analyses, analyzing trends and preparing necessary periodical reports to management,- Following-up the regulation publication and amendments from the competent authorities evaluating them in the given time frame and implementing these changes into company documentation,- Taking part in the review and indirect approval process of the Aircraft Maintenance Program,- Participating in the external audits such as EASA, IOSA, NAA and Customer Audits,- Performing internal, contracted maintenance organizations, subcontractor and supplier audit activities according to SHGM/EASA Part M, Part 145, and IOSA,- Carrying out the MEDA process for maintenance errors detected in the contracted and subcontracted organizations,- Working to improve quality management system and safety culture in the company.
