Development of local and international clients digital marketing strategies according to yearly or campaign goals, creating digital media plans, implementation, analysis, improvement and summarising the results. Managing strategies, goals and ads in Social Media Channels like Facebook, Instagram and Twitter and setting up display ads in online environments like Adwords, DoubleClick, Adform. As a strategist, I also met with clients assisted them, introduced new digital marketing ideas and possibilities and were responsible for additional sales. I left the position to experience the South-American culture for 5 months and to broaden my perspective.

Only after 3 weeks of internship and 5 months of working as Marketing Assistant I was offered a challenge to work as Conferences Project Manager. Thanks to this opportunity I was able to put together Estonian history’s biggest marketing event- Tallinn Marketing Week. My job duties today are following: Generating new topic ideas that can become conference topics, accomplishing the project objectives within the constraints of the project, planning, controlling, monitoring, managing and directing the assigned project resources to best meet project objectives, inviting (via email and phone) and securing high-level speakers to address topics on the draft agenda, conceptualizing and market product within short time frame, negotiating speaker requirements based on a limited budget, assisting staff participation in all conference aspects (including solicitation, show layout, decorations, registration, overseeing preparation of on-site etc.), putting together conference program scenario and content, developing and soliciting conference advertising, marketing, media coverage and sponsorship, generating reports, maintaining relationships with partners and looking for new ones.As I work within a small company I am also in taking care of: Social Media, writing reports, company brochures and similar documents, assembling consumer rating reports by compiling, consolidating, summarizing information and graphs, helping marketing team with the collation of information for promotional literature, selling over phone, managing the Pipedrive system and statistics, managing relationships with international partners and contacts and finding new ones etc.
