- Leading technical support team within the organization of Putzmeister Turkey. - Providing technical support for customers, dealers, sales team and the group companies. - Analyzing product quality and functions, correspondingly reporting field feedbacks to the headquarters in Germany. - Managing improvement processes of products, discussing solutions and reporting to the headquarters in Germany. - Managing retrofit activities and organizing improvement applications in the field. - Managing Putzmeister Academy Turkey. Within this scope, planning and performing technical trainings to customers, dealers and corporate personnel. - Managing all field test process in Putzmeister Turkey. - Managing warranty process. - Managing official social media accounts of Putzmeister Turkey.

- Managing all operation process of concrete pump service organization including hydraulic & electric maintenance, troubleshooting and welding processes.- Providing technical support for customers, dealers, sales team and the group companies.- Managing Putzmeister Academy Turkey. Within this scope, planning and performing technical trainings to customers, dealers and corporate personnel.- Reporting all field feedbacks, providing the solution offers and following the improvement processes.- Within the team of "New Machine Design", managing all field test process in PM Turkey.- Managing product group of Putzmeister underground mining and tunneling concrete equipments including commissioning, troubleshooting, training, field applications and spare part stock management.- Supporting warranty process.
