Located in downtown Chicago, ORBA has all of the tools, resources and expertise of a large accounting firm but is also small enough to focus on personalized service and satisfying the needs of our clients. I am an integral part of ORBA auditing and accounting services practice and the senior manager on many of our clients, including manufacturing companies, service providers, real estate investment companies, traders, homeowner associations, benefit / retirement plans and not-for-profit entities. For these clients, I have led many audit and accounting engagements, prepared all of the necessary tax filings, and done a great deal of tax and accounting research for them. In addition, I have been involved in representing clients in corresponding with the IRS and the U.S. Tax Court. I am actively involved in volunteering with the CPAs for Public Interest. In the past, I assisted a few small non-profit organizations in the Chicago areas in setting up their accounting systems. I am a member in good standing with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), as well as the Illinois CPA Society.
