Management of Optimist Live. Project management and coordination of different types of events - such as internal marketing events, hybrid events, summer days, Christmas parties, client gatherings and launching events. My daily work included developing creative ideas, schedules, programmes and logistics for different events in the process. Working together and managing cooperation with creative agency, production and a list of technical partners and co-workers to make these ideas into reality. My expertise was brief due to COVID restrictions but during the time I managed to lead the company and organise the events, it was a lot of fun and there were many successful events that we managed to pull off.

Development and creation of campaigns and brand concepts with team. Budgeting and maintaining customer relationships. Campaign and marketing plan management from start to finish, follow-up analysis and reporting.I have been the project manager for major way-finding projects such as the creation, design and production of way-finding plans for the entire Tallinn Airport and Kutaisi Airport in Georgia in collaboration with my team and partners. I was also the project manager in the production of my client's TV show “Taevavalvurid”. The goal of the employer branding show was to find the best air traffic controller in Estonia and it turned out to be very successful.

These publications were either for clients internal use as a way of internal communication or for external use as direct post for their clientele. My everyday job included finding the best printing and design solutions for the projects. Management of the team members (designers, writers, printers, distribution, etc.) in various projects. Budgeting, accounting and monitoring its implementation. Follow-up reporting to the client. Negotiations with contract partners, preparation of contracts, participation in procurements.
