Estwatch is a non-profit organisation that promotes a fair, transparent, and sustainable economic system by 1) researching how companies and organisations respect human rights and environmental standards in their economic activities, 2) raising awareness and empowering citizens and civil society to demand more sustainable practices, and 3) encouraging the studied organisations and other relevant stakeholders to support more sustainable practices through awareness-raising and dialogue.

Main tasks: Promoting participatory democracy on the local and national level; Developing and facilitating the web portal rahvaalgatus.ee, which enables citizens to initiate and sign appeals that would be presented to regional or governmental decision-makers; Empowering youth to obtain the knowledge, skills, attitudes and tools to participate in e-democracy processes, and advancing the enabling environment that allows them to do so.// On maternity leave since March 2022.

Leading and managing charity organization Tartu University Hospital Children’s Foundation, by collecting donations for children in need whose treatment is not financed by the state, and pressurizing the state institutions to make the health and social care system more effective.Main tasks: Fundraising and leading the growth of the Foundation threefold; Management of activities, staff, volunteers, campaigns and projects; Stakeholder engagement (companies, public institutions, press, beneficiaries); Financial reporting; Collaboration projects and communication; Media communication, Public relations management

Main tasks: Managing the communication processes through developing, monitoring, evaluating and improving communication strategies and fund’s visual identity; Consulting colleagues on strategic messages; Coordinating and supporting all external communication-related activities (companies, government agencies, press, beneficiaries); Writing and publishing press releases, news and newsletters; Managing the webpage and social media accounts, etc.
