Current▪ Source candidates for contract-to-hire and direct placement positions ▪ Draft and post job descriptions ▪ Review resumes and screen candidates to determine eligibility and suitability for positions ▪ Communicate with clients regarding specific job orders, candidate submittals and to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plan ▪ Facilitate all processes from initial contact through employment, including: coordinate interviews, extend offers, pre-employment testing, offer packages and employee orientation▪ Update and manage candidates, clients and job orders in ATS
