Working with key local partners such as Devon and Cornwall Police and Plymouth Youth Offending Team, the post holder will be integrated into localised partnerships.The mentoring programme will plays a powerful role in young people’s lives, using the uniqueness of Argyle Community Trust’s association to the professional football club, to challenge alarming statistics that link a young person who has suffered adverse childhood experiences, with a future of crime and anti-social behaviour. The mentoring programme will be established to engage vulnerable young people through a range of personalised sessions and will endeavour to improve the health and wellbeing of the young people involved.Leading on EDI projects in schools and the local communities.
