Instructor of multiple dance classes from ballet, hip-hop, Irish and Intro to Dance. Teaching a wide age range of children from 3-13 years old. The role requires regular planning for classes, working towards the end goal of showcasing the learned routines in a small recital. On-the-spot thinking and adaptation have come in handy to mitigate unexpected situations.

Working with the University of Waterloo, the Student Art Innovation Lab (S.A.I.L) is a mobile art outreach program. As an assistant instructor, I helped coordinate and lead events being held around the KW region; this included the KW multicultural festival, the cherry festival, community campfire events, the KW vintage market and many more. It not only showcased the University of Waterloo but brought art to the community to inspire and promote creativity.
