At Integrated Fire Systems, I over see the Fire Alarm Inspections, deficiencies repairs, service, and am the technicians direct supervisor. I review all inspection reports and service tickets, help determine the repair needed, determine cost, create the proposal and provide the proposal to the customer. I also troubleshot via phone to determine the problem before sending the technician to the site, I order and stage all parts, quote all cell communicators, and participate in the interview, hiring, training, and review process. I also assist in the TI department by submitting plans for permits, scheduling finals, updating billing percentages, and managing the projects.

As the executive assistant, I worked directly for the COO with whatever task he needs. But my primary, every day duties included but not limited to; Adding and updating all accounts, sending and collecting on all invoices, creating proposals and ordering all parts, and being the primary contact for all clients. I oversaw 4 emails for the COO, my own, customer support, and past employees. I scheduled all service calls, jobs, and meetings for technicians and for the COO. I also assisted with building equipment and service calls when needed and able.

I also schedule all fire alarm inspections, follow up on impairments, and schedule deficiencies. I invoice all work orders and support our installation department by communicating with fire marshals, scheduling finals, and following up with the technicians regarding large jobs.
