Owner, which means I make all the big decisions. I run marketing, advertising, community engagement, networking, product acquisition, and, after all those things, I get to decorate vacant homes going up for sale on the real estate market. My job is to connect potential buyers to homes by defining spatial dimensions and usage; elevating the status through furniture and decor choices; and eliciting an emotional response.
