As an Information Technology Solutions Developer at Cortex Marketing, I focused on building and implementing tech-driven solutions to optimize operations, both internally for client engagement and directly for Cortex clients. I developed custom solutions and automation that streamlined processes, improved data management, and supported the marketing team in delivering more personalized, data-informed experiences for the clients' target audiences. Working closely with different departments, I made sure that every tech solution aligned with the company’s goals, helping to make systems more efficient and freeing up teams to focus on high-impact tasks. My goal was to keep Cortex Marketing agile, customer-focused, and ahead in technology.
