With experience in high volume production, as well as gourmet dessert preparation, I also have the ability to take on duties of various other stations in the kitchen, such as any food prep, expediting, fry station, basic grill duties, salad station, etc. Furthermore, I possess extensive knowledge and training in sanitation, food safety, and kitchen safety procedures and guidelines.
