Halu! I'm Michael Angelo (like the artist and ninja turtle, yes) but you can call me Kael instead!I'm fairly new to the customer service industry with just over 3 years of experience under my belt. But over these years, I've had my fair share of learning experiences and opportunities. These mostly revolve around training new members of the team, generating reports to my direct superiors, and working on process improvement.I've been part of multiple projects such as a start-up modular furniture company, one of the biggest MOBAs of our time, a global communications application geared towards gamers, and an up-and-coming video game publishing company.While I've mainly focused on providing non-voice support (mostly emails), I do also have experience in presenting and communicating with clients directly.Outside work, I also used to be a youth leader in the local division of a global youth organization, Chiro Youth Movement. Every Sunday, we'd meet at the local school and facilitate activities and games aimed toward teaching members aged 4 and above (members in their teens to mid-20s usually being eldest) values and general life skills. Moving forward, I'd love to further explore the training side of things, but I'm open to any other learning opportunities and experiences that come my way!
