Helps program and design a feminist student fellowship program for undergraduates at Georgetown University. Meets regularly with student fellows to help support and guide their individual fellowship projects, facilitates meetings and workshops, implements a curriculum focused on professional and personal development, holds office hours, and coordinates mentorship and other support for fellows.

Works closely with Georgetown’s youngest alumni classes to help strengthen, build, and maintain meaningful and positive relationships with one another and with Georgetown. For each alumni class, help to recruit, train, and lead a group of dynamic alumni volunteers. The three main tiers of alumni engagment relate to 1) communications - such as but not limited to building content for monthly class-wide newsletters and manging each committee’s social presence; 2) fundraising - rallying the committee and larger class to participate in University fundraising campaigns, helping to advance Georgetown’s overall philanthropic goals; and 3) events - helping to plan, organize, and execute a number of large-scale signature events throughout the year, as well as any other ad-hoc or virtual events.

Offers personal chef and catering services for clients throughout the entire country. Since launching Cooking with Kaela in May 2020, I have provided cooking services for over 600 guests and catered dozens of both large and small scale events in at least 8 different states. Responsible for managing email communications and consultation calls with clients, scheduling and successfully executing all events, and building and maintaing content on the Cooking with Kaela website and social channels.

Personally visited 360 alumni each year and conducted one-hour interviews with eachalumnus/alumnae with the goal of discovering their interests and passions relating toGeorgetown. Within this position, I focused on the identification, cultivation, and engagement of Georgetown University alumni around the country. This position plays a key role in identifying the expressed and perceived interests that alumni have in Georgetown, and contributes to the fundraising and alumni relation efforts of the University.

Managed and ensured the efficient operation of Residential Hall Offices (RHO). General responsibilities included: secondary supervision of Assistants, key security and auditing, and representing Georgetown University to various conference guests and individuals residing on campus. As a manager, I also trained and managed a staff of 20 Assistants regarding all RHO Operations.

As Captain, I helped to organize team presence and appearances while also coordinating team dances and routines. As Social Media Manager, I helped to coordinate all social media content and marketing campaigns for the Georgetown University Cheerleading Team while also developing new strategies to keep followers active and engaged.
