Hi! My name Kaela Quinto and I am Talent Development Coordinator at Stanford University where I help individuals find developmental opportunities that advance their skills, career, and professional portfolios.Before working for Stanford, I graduated early from Santa Clara University's Leavey School of Business with a BS in Commerce Management. While in school, I participated in SCU's LEAD Scholars program for first-generation college students and worked full-time to pay for my higher education.During my career, I have held a variety of roles such as Live-in Caregiver, Corporate Responsibility Intern, Training and Recruitment Manager, and much more (you can see the full list in my "experience" section :)) and worked in a number of industries including healthcare, non-profits, tech, and cybersecurity.Being Filipina and Latina, I am committed to promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and I am an active member within my department's DEI Committee and Stanford School of Medicine's JEDI Collective.
