I worked as a sales assistant for Herschel's whilst also working at Mr. and Mrs. Jones. I was given the responsibility to sell high end travel bags and luggage whilst informing the customer of all features of all our items. I had to meet daily targets which were to be recorded and sent to our state manager daily. Due to COVID-19 emerging early 2020, the store had to close their Chadstone branch due to the heavy restrictions placed on businesses. This resulted in the casual workers being let go due to the lack of work available across their very few stores in Melbourne.
