I started working part-time at GlassMan in October of 2018, with the intention of assisting my mother in the accounting department, while I attended college for a K-3 grade teaching degree. About a year later I was promoted into the window department as inside sales and project manager. My primary role was to translate take offs to window quotes in CAD programs, estimating retro jobs, and managing the “after order” side of projects. However, I fell in love with the process of translating blueprints, building relationships with builders, and providing them with whatever their window vision may be. I became a highly skilled multitasker as inside sales, project managing, and outside sales. I really wanted to expand my knowledge in the field, so I continued to cover all three positions. After gaining more knowledge and experience, I was transitioned into an outside sales role. My number one goal is to provide exceptional customer service and build long lasting relationships with customers.Outside of GlassMan, I am an animal lover. I spend most of my time with my cats and bunnies. I have a farm…almost! I love horseback riding and reading books.
