• Serve as the human resource, IT contact, timekeeper, and scheduler for 3 adult inpatient units
• Manage over 100 emails daily, prioritizing and executing a timely follow through to meet complex needs of Nursing Staff, Human Resources, and Nurse Managers
• Successfully implemented new time keeping, scheduling, and vacation processes for nursing unit staff of over 200 employees
