Having been inspired by my twin sister Jillian who has cerebral palsy, I founded a non-profit business whose charter is to Get Disabled Children Up and Moving. We support needy families with disabled children who require durable medical equipment to enhance their mobility.We have partnered with the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Weisman’s Children’s Rehabilitation Hospital, Special Olympics and several equipment manufacturers in identifying candidate families.

Duties include documenting the patient's history and chief complaints, transcribing physical exams, recording diagnostic test results, and preparing plans for follow-up care.Communicate effectively both written and orally with hospital staff to accurately record details of patient stay.

Utilized genetic medicine and zinc finger proteins to develop an epigenetic treatment for Friedreich’s Ataxia and Colon Cancer patients.Managed all inventory and ordering of supplies/reagents.Mentored and trained several high school and undergraduate student researchers

Work at admissions with college counselors and help answer students and parents questions. Help facilitate overnight visits for perspective students.

Shadowed lead physicians and surgeons in various departments including the emergency room, clinical trials, and the operating room. This in turn provided a front row seat on how to navigate the modern medical field. Served as a beta tester and played an integral role in the launch of the “TeleHealth on the go” mobile app. Completed Biomedical Research CITI training courses and assisted in preparing clinical trial specimens for shipment
